Terms of Use

Effective date: 2026-10-10

1. Service and agreement

CutNavi is provided by ART WOOD LAB LLC, Florida, United States. Contact: info@cutnavi.com. The service supports design, sheet and linear cutting-layout optimization, user-managed commercial configuration, saved work and production outputs. It does not provide CAM, G-code, machine control or machine certification. These terms do not introduce a subscription, payment obligation or advertising program.

By using CutNavi after these terms become effective, you agree to them to the extent an agreement is validly formed under applicable law. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm authority to act for it. You must be at least 18, or otherwise eligible to enter this agreement under applicable law with required permission. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Account access and recovery

You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials and notifying the operator of suspected unauthorized access. Anonymous access relies on the relevant workspace cookie until eligible work is linked to an account; clearing an unlinked cookie can affect recovery. Google and email/password methods, when available, use the same account/ownership architecture. A matching email address alone does not authorize combining existing accounts.

3. Your information and output rights

You retain your existing rights in the project files and commercial information you supply. You grant ART WOOD LAB LLC only the permission reasonably needed to process, store and reproduce that information to provide your requested service, protect it and maintain lawful backups, subject to the Privacy Policy. This permission does not transfer ownership of your project data or authorize public sale of it. You must have the necessary rights to submit your information. Rights in generated files remain subject to any underlying rights in the supplied content; CutNavi does not guarantee that an output is free of third-party claims.

The CutNavi application, branding and service materials remain the property of their respective owners. These terms permit ordinary use of the service and its generated production outputs; they do not transfer ownership of the application or grant rights in another user's private records. Open-source components remain subject to their applicable licenses.

4. Manufacturing checks

Before relying on a design or cutting plan, check dimensions, measurement units, quantities, stock, kerf, margins, tolerances, material properties, assembly, grain/rotation restrictions and manufacturability. Check exports in your intended CAD/CNC workflow before manufacturing. SVG/DXF compatibility depends on the receiving software and machine; successful parsing is not universal machine certification.

Layout Mode supports flexible rectangular placement. Saw Mode uses a guillotine-compatible workflow; a Layout Mode result is not automatically a valid guillotine sequence. Manual placements remain subject to stock, margin, overlap, kerf, rotation and grain constraints. User-entered prices are estimates from your saved configuration; no market prices or currency conversion are supplied. Unused area value is a reference, not guaranteed economic loss.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass ownership controls, misuse private identifiers, supply malicious inputs, impersonate others, infringe third-party rights or disrupt the service or shared infrastructure. Do not use the service for unlawful activity. You are responsible for how you distribute downloaded files, plans and labels and for obtaining any necessary permissions.

6. Availability, changes and closure

We may maintain, update or temporarily restrict the service. We may restrict access reasonably necessary to address security, misuse or legal obligations. Where applicable law requires notice, a reason, a remedy or an opportunity to obtain your information, we will provide it. Contact info@cutnavi.com about account closure and data requests. Closure and backup retention are governed by the approved Privacy Policy. No uninterrupted availability or recovery guarantee is made.

7. Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service and outputs are provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular manufacturing process or compatibility with every machine. You must carry out the checks described above. These terms do not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable statutory consumer rights.

8. Governing law, disputes and contact

Subject to mandatory rights and protections of applicable law, these terms are governed by Florida law without its conflict-of-law rules. Contact info@cutnavi.com first to discuss a service concern. Any court or dispute-resolution provision must preserve rights and venues that cannot lawfully be waived.

Material changes will be identified with an updated effective date and any notices required by law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply only to the extent lawful. These terms, the approved Privacy Policy and any legally required notices describe the service agreement.
